Yes the sweat of palms
As your presents overwhelms me
Overwhelms me to a point whereby I cant stop smiling my chicks hurt and they turn red
But that doesn'v bother me at all
Because for you I would smile every second of of each day
Only because you bring out the best in me .
Sometimes I smile as a tear escapes my eye.
I just realize how blessed I am to have you
Yes you might say I was abused
But only if you knew how I felt

Fear robs us of our giant riches and afterwards laughs at our poverty. Fear guide us into loss and later mocks at our inability to make it happen. Fear treats us with shame and later gossips about our ignorance. Look at that!

The truth is that; "the zip you are afraid to open closes the golden ring you long to poses". So why be afraid to unzip your potentials? When you allow fear to cut down the size of your success garments, this same fear will later mock at your nakedness! Don't let fear be your usher; it gives you the seat that no respectable person will love to occupy!

Don't be afraid to say "it is over" to fear! Let your faith take the lead!

WHY YOU HAVE TO RE-POSITION YOURSELF

You have to change position when you are unsatisfied with where you are at the moment. Positions, locations or settings that do not create a better brand out of you will remain to do so until they are acted on upon by an external force. You are the engine; you are the generator of that force that turns to re-position you!

No work is done if no distance is covered. This means, to change position, not merely a movement, but a progress has to be made. The first and foremost step towards a "change of position" is a "change of mind". Mental re-positioning is the priority that sets the pace for higher accomplishments! When you make your thoughts positive ones, you set yourself up for progress!

Re-positioning is not a necessity when you are comfortable with where you are. It is a misplaced priority to change the direction that takes you to a better destination. You would miss your treasures in that room if you insist on changing the true key that opens the door!

Go, access your steps, direction and position. Know if it's necessary to make a change. If it’s necessary, do it now. If it's not necessary, stay there and make a difference!

Strike Now Before It Becomes Too Late!

There is time for everything, says the scripture. When the right time comes, the right thing ought to be done! There comes a time that you have to act and failure to do so will render your later efforts valueless!
Footballers or soccer players per regulation are given 90 minutes plus little extra time to justify their inclusions. It was principled to be so; it's a rule and if you want to win the game; you must work within the confines of the set rule!
It does not matter how skillful you play, how tactical you dribble and how faster you are able to run after the final whistle. Once the final whistle blows, it's impossible to make an influence on the figures written on the scoreboard!
Move now and Strike now! No time to waste at all. Never give up till it becomes too late. No matter how many times your obstacles hit you to the ground; you can rise up again and take "a free kick". Make a good use of your rising up and take strike harder than ever!
A little time can help you to make a great impact, therefore you should never despise few minutes. Do it till it's done!

Character and Atitude will always take the lead!

According Dr. Myles Munroe, "Leadership is 20% talent, skills, and technical knowledge and 80% attitude". I find this to be very helpful for all potential leaders of this century irrespective of their fields of interests that "your character and attitude is what takes the lead in your leadership role and you follow them as a true leader".

Poor character and attitude is eventually poor leadership! One of the most common areas where we fail is when we begin to think that genetic make up of a person determines how far he can lead". Unfortunately, most followers do not know that they can also become leaders because to them, leadership is confined to an "assumed" category of people who have authority or social prestige as their background pillows. Wait and get this;

We have church leaders preaching about marriage and they themselves are getting divorced; lack of character! We have choir masters composing songs about morality, but they themselves are defiling the young girls in the choirs; lack of character! We have young men and women being humble and co-operative in relationship, but getting bitter over petty issues just after marriage; lack of good attitude! We have skillful people, talented and equipped to do something; but it's not done and done well because they go to work lately; lack of good attitude! We have teachers who teach very wisely, monitor studies and give all the bests that their students could need; but they demand sexual affairs from ladies to give them higher marks in their examinations! So do we call these people true leaders just because their bank accounts are fat? Do we refer to them as true leaders because they have grey hairs and perhaps they were born in the chief's palace?

Leadership is built in pure virtues; not voice! All these are factors that should keep reminding us that "leadership is not bound to occupation of positions'', but leading people by taking the lead, You can take the lead with a bad reputation; Good character and good attitudes lead you as you lead people! Be a true leader!

True character makes a good leadership!

You may gain a position, but that does not mean you've gained leadership. You may lose position, but that does not mean you've lost leadership! Leadership is built on true character! You lose your leadership when you fake your character. The degree of leadership potential a person can expose will depend on how potent he can maintain his true character! Speak well to people; Tell them the truth today! If you meet them another day, tell them the same truth! That shows how you can maintain the real character you posess! Be under the broad day light and act rightly; go into the dark night and do the same thing. Never let what you do in light and darkness mis-match. That's is a good character of leadership! True leaders are wanted; get up and join their train... Great day!

START FROM WHERE YOU ARE

Drop down all those imaginations and feelings that "Success is built on Success". A HERO can be built from ZERO. Begin from where you stand with what you have!

Winners were not born winners; they learnt and practiced how to win and they have it! Everyone who gives a great testimony about his/her life begins with a beginning that was "inadequate" until something happened... an a breakthrough became evident!

You put yourself in a tight corner of failure if you think "it's only the rich that get richer while the poor get poorer". No! Something good can come out from you no matter who you are, what you have done and where you have been to!

Have a positive mentality; think it's possible. You can build on something little.... you can create something little from nothing.... and this means you build on nothing! Get something to do!
